Terms of Use

Last updated 26 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Anton Mitrafanau, IE (“we”), who provides Ultron AI. By using the app you accept them. Your licence to the app itself is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement; these terms add to it for the service the app connects to.

In short

  • Answers are written by AI. They can be wrong, so check anything important.
  • Use it lawfully, and don’t try to get around its limits.
  • What you send stays yours; so do the answers, for you to use.
  • Premium renews automatically through Apple until you cancel it.

1What Ultron AI is

Ultron AI answers questions, writes and explains, using AI models provided by OpenAI. Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: the models know nothing of recent events and do not search the web. Check anything important, and do not rely on an answer as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

2Who can use it

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Ultron AI with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3Using it fairly

Do not use Ultron AI to:

OpenAI’s usage policies also apply to what you ask.

4Your content and the answers

What you send remains yours. You allow us to process it, and to pass it to OpenAI, only to answer you, as the Privacy Policy describes. Subject to these terms and the law, the answers are yours to use as you wish, and you are responsible for how you use them. Others may receive similar answers.

5Free messages and Ultron AI Premium

A new install includes 5 free messages in the Ask anything, Write an email and Tell me a joke categories. Ultron AI Premium unlocks unlimited messages, every category and longer, fuller answers.

“Unlimited” means we do not count messages. To keep the service working for everyone, unusually heavy use can be paused for up to 24 hours.

6Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features, categories and the AI models behind them, and may stop offering the service. We will try to give notice of significant changes.

7Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

8No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the service or its answers, and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from relying on an answer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

10Suspension

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.

11Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for addressing claims relating to it. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, and do not take away any rights you have under them.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published here with a new date; using the app after it takes effect means you accept it.
