A question about Ultron AI, or something not working? Write to appsfromalliance@gmail.com, and include the app’s version, which is at the bottom of Settings in the app.
1Getting started
There is no account to create. A new install includes 5 free messages, up to 3 of them camera scans, in the Ask anything, Write an email and Tell me a joke actions.
Before your first message, the app asks your permission to send what you ask to OpenAI, whose models write the answers. Nothing is sent if you decline.
2Ultron AI Premium
Premium unlocks unlimited messages with longer answers, every action, deep research, documents, unlimited scans, memory and actions of your own. It is a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, sold by Apple at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Cancel or change your plan: in the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to stop the next renewal.
- A new iPhone, or a reinstall: in Ultron AI, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3Your chats and your data
- Your chats, projects, saved answers and reports are kept on your iPhone, not on our server. Swipe a chat in History to delete it, or a saved answer or report in the Library to remove it; a project is deleted from its own page. Deleting the app deletes them all.
- What Ultron remembers about you is in Settings, under Memory, where you can change or delete each item, or switch memory off.
- The free messages are counted against a random identifier kept in your iPhone’s keychain, which is not deleted with the app. Erasing the iPhone removes it.
The Privacy Policy sets out everything that leaves your device and how long it is kept.
4Camera, microphone and Reminders
The app asks for the camera when you first scan something, for the microphone and speech recognition when you first talk to it, and for Reminders when you first tap Create on a reminder. To change any of them later, open the Settings app, then Apps, then Ultron AI.
5About the answers
Answers are written by AI and can be wrong, even when they list their sources. Check anything important, and don’t rely on an answer as medical, legal or financial advice. The Terms of Use say more.
